Bakery & Patisserie 

  • Add to cake batter for a fruit core – by adding to the centre of your cake batter (muffins, cupcakes or large cakes), the fruit mixture will settle just below the middle of your cake, leaving a fresh fruit filling with each slice or bite.

  • Mix with baked cheesecakes – Prior to baking, mix your desired amount of fruit into your cheesecake mix and bake! The result should mean each slice will have fruit running through. This flavour pairs well with rhubarb, chocolate and honey.
