International Carriage Tracked Service #

* For all orders over £70 we will send your order via Tracked24 if your parcel is less than 4kg, even if you choose the Heavy Parcels option. If it is over 4kg we will use our Heavy Parcel Service.
# International Carriage Tracked Service - although there is a nominal carriage charge applied at check-out, the final carriage charges can not be confirmed until we have collated your order, measured and weighed your parcel. We will then contact our panel of international couriers and calculate if any additional charges are due for your order before we can dispatch your parcel. We will email you an invoice for any additional amount due - you then have to option to settle the invoice and we can arrange collection by the courier, or you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Please note :
UK Delivery - if you have selected a carriage service that is limited to 4kg and your parcel exceeds this weight, you will be sent a PayPal invoice for the difference between what you have paid for carriage and the charge listed above for the Heavy Parcels cost for your order value. Your order will not be dispatched until the additional carriage charges have been settled (this may result in your parcel not being dispatched until the next working day after payment).
