Dr.Oetker's baking powder is an adaptable raising agent for Cakes, Scones & Pastries! 

Can be added to plain ordinary flour as a quick alternative to self-raising. 

Each pack contains 6 x 5g sachets. One sachet is the equivalent to one teaspoon. 

Instructions

• One sachet contains one measured level teaspoon for convenience.
• Use the quantity of Baking Powder as stated in your recipe.
• Use 2 sachets of Baking Powder to 225g (8oz) of plain flour.
• Individually sealed for freshness.
