INGREDIENTS
Colour (E171).

A pure titanium dioxide powder, perfect for whitening buttercream, sugarpaste, modelling paste and icing.

When adding to buttercream, mix with a small amount of water to make a thick paste and mix it into your buttercream for a bright white effect.

When whitening sugarpaste, use a small amount of powder and knead until fully combined.

This powder is pure titanium dioxide (E171) and does not contain any anti-caking agent, so the powder may appear clumped. This doesn't affect its use.
