White Chocolate 32% (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifier SOY Lecithin, Flavor), Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Preservative (E202).

Store in a cool and dry place.

White Chocolate modelling paste used mainly for the creation of decorations such as flowers, figurines and characters and tastes nice.

It does need to be handled with more care, as variations in temperature can affect the way the modelling paste works, too hot and it becomes too soft and difficult to work with. But remember, these can be the show stopper on a cake and are generally the first thing that is tasted - so a real hit with the consumer!

E171 (Titanium Free).  Gluten Free.   It can be easily mixed with gel and powder colours.
