    This highly concentrated paste with sugar and sweetener is adored for its ability to add lucid colours, making your cupcakes, macarons and cakes vivid using only a small amount.

Use a toothpick to apply colour to your icing - use a new toothpick each time to maintain the colour of your Wilton icing colouring and continue to apply & mix until you’re happy with the shade. Carefully mix colours for a specific shade if necessary, but remember that colours deepen over time, so always apply with caution.

Disclaimer: Some icing colours require a higher volume of colouring in order to achieve a vibrant colour to your icing than others; for royal icing, apply more colour than usual to reach your desired shade.
