Straight edges mean you can get crisp, clean lines when decorating with fondant icing. This will save you time over traditional chamfered or bevelled edge dummies as you do not have to spend as much additional time smoothing and shaping the edges.
The cake dummy can be iced using a variety of different mediums including fondant/sugarpaste, buttercream, royal icing or ganache and can be used with modelling paste and modelling chocolate.
Made from EPS 100 polystyrene making it much easier to cut with a serrated knife if you wish to carve it to your own shape or size.
The dummy can be washed and reused if required.
The dummies come in a variety of different sizes - we also have 4" / 5" / 6" in height.
Although the product is made from high grade polystyerene, by nature of polystyrene there may be little chunks missing - this is not considered as defective as the dummy is there to give a general shape only.
