E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Halal certification – there’s always confusion around whether E120 can be regarded as Halal.  Various religious authorities and scholars disagree, so no matter what the manufacturer states some customers will also disagree.  This is a matter for Muslim academics, but our understanding is that under the Maliki school of thought, carmine (E120) is permissible if prepared in the correct manner. 
The UAE has stated that within Sharia Law, E120 is Halal.

Directions:
Shake well before use
Take it easy, colours will develop over time
Add a tiny drop at a time to build up the shade you require (as this product is concentrated it is very economical to use)
Apply with dusting brush or food approved paint brush

Experiment – mix the colours together, create an almost unlimited colour palette for your baking creations.

Storage:
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
