The Ultimate Colour Collection consists of eight paste colours, including the following: 1 x 25g Antique Silver, 1 x 25g Christmas Red, 1 x 25g Extra White, 1 x 25g Gold, 1 x 25g Ice Blue, 1 x 25g Melon, 1 x 25g Midnight Black, 1 x 25g Party Green. Also included is a free colour guide.

Extra White can brighten off-white icing and really make it shine. Or, for more dramatic decorations and icings, why not add a touch of Midnight Black?

The colours are highly concentrated, and therefore a deep vibrant colour can be achieved without changing the consistency of your icing!

Can be used with sugarpaste, fondant, buttercream, modelling paste, marzipan and more.

Please note: For every kg of icing, you should not use more than 3g of paste colour.

Instructions:
1. Use the tip of a knife, or cocktail stick, to add the colour paste to your icing.
2. Mix with a spatula or  knead by hand to blend the colour into the icing.
3. Make sure the colour is evenly and thoroughly blended.
4. Gradually add more colour and blend to achieve the shade you require.

Antique Silver: Humectant Glycerol, Thickener Silicon Dioxide, Colour (E170) Calcium Carbonate, (E172) Iron Oxide and Iron Hydroxides, (E153) Vegetable Carbon.
Christmas Red: Humectant Glycerol, Thickener Silicon Dioxide, Colour (E124) Ponceau 4R, (E129) Allura Red.
Extra White: Humectant Glycerol, Thickener Silicon Dioxide, Colour (E170) Calcium Carbonate. 
Gold: Humectant Glycerol, Thickener Silicon Dioxide, Colour (E172) Iron Oxide and Iron Hydroxides.
Ice Blue: Humectant Glycerol, Thickener Silicon Dioxide, Colour (E133) Brilliant Blue. 
Melon: Humectant Glycerol, Thickener Silicon Dioxide, Colour (E102) Tartrazine.
Midnight Black: Humectant Glycerol, Thickener Silicon Dioxide, Colour (E124) Ponceau 4r, (E133) Brilliant Blue, (E104) Quinoline Yellow. 
Party Green: Humectant Glycerol, Thickener Silicon Dioxide, Colour (E104) Quinoline Yellow, (E133) Brilliant Blue.
