For every 1kg of cake and decoration, you should not use more than 3g of ProGel. More can be used in a specific area, as long as less is used elsewhere and the average is not exceeded.

ProGel® concentrated colours by Rainbow Dust Colours are the new standard for food colouration. Highly concentrated, you only need the smallest amount of ProGel® to give a deep rich colour to your creations, meaning that our tubes last a long, long time!

Simply add a small amount to your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream etc and watch it transform into your desired colour as it is mixed in.
