INGREDIENTS
Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Palm oil, Humectant: (E422), Emulsifier: (E471), Stabiliser: (E466), Preservative: (E202), Flavouring.

A white ready to use covering paste. Specially formulated for basic cake covering, Covering Paste is softer in texture than Ready to Roll Icing to give a smooth finish to single tiered cakes.

Great for use on small and shallow cakes, and cupcakes. Sheeting on a pastry break, tray bakes and covering cake boards.

Instructions

Knead until pliable, and roll out on a surface lightly dusted with icing sugar to the desired thickness. Use product at room temperature.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap paste in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.
