INGREDIENTS
Humectant (E422), Colours (E122, E102, E133), Water, Modified Starch (Tapioca).

E122 & E102 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans.

 

Instructions

Mix a small amount into your chosen application until desired shade of colour is achieved. 3g of colour per 1kg of decoration (max. dosage 7g).

ProGel concentrated colours by Rainbow Dust Colours are great for food colouration. Highly concentrated, you only need the smallest amount of ProGel to give a deep rich colour to your creations, meaning that our tubes last a long, long time!

Simply add a small amount to your sugarpaste, marzipan, buttercream etc and watch it transform into your desired colour as it is mixed in.
