Recommended for steaming cakes and for use with sugar flowers, leaves and modelled figures. 

  • Ideal for use with Sugarpaste / Rolled fondant and Flower / Gum paste.
  • Use the PME Cake Steamer to remove any excess icing / powdered sugar or cornflour / corn starch. 
  • The Steamer can be used to create a natural shine or glaze. 
  • Ideal for setting powdered colours that have been brushed onto flowers and leaves etc.
