It is a very versatile sugarpaste that can be rolled very thinly and is well suited to larger and deeper cakes.

It’s extra elasticity is also great for sculpted novelty cakes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Once opened, wrap in cling film, and place inside an air tight container to prevent drying out.
